Carbine Tactical Classes
Our comprehensive handgun training courses, from the essential Handgun Fundamentals to advanced techniques like drawing from the holster, will help you build confidence, master accuracy, and refine your shooting skills at every level.
AR LVL 1 (Armor/Basic Rifle COI)
Students learn how to disassemble their AR rifle down to the bolt, identifying all components used in the functioning of the rifle, how to clean each component, and then how to reassemble and functions check the weapon. Students learn how to sight their weapon in, basic ballistics, and weapons manipulation.
AR LVL 2 (Barricades/Multiple Threats COI)
This module of training teaches students basic body position when utilizing a wall, doorway, or barricade as cover and how to shoot/manipulate their weapon around these types of cover. The introduction of multiple threats pushes student to identify shoot/no-shoot and make the decision to shoot based on clearly identifying a threat based on the Threat Triangle.
AR LVL 3 (Complex Barricades/Basic Rooms COI)
This module of training builds on the two previous Course of Instruction (AR LVL1 & 2). Students are introduced to complex barricades (multiple hole and elevation to shoot from) and basic room types, how to read each type of room, and how to safely negotiate each type of room. This module of training requires each student to employ a much higher level of both training and mental focus. Safety and situational awareness is essential.
AR LVL 4
This class follows the previous 3 classes and YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN AND PASSED AR LVL 3 (Complex Barricades/Basic Rooms COI) OR OPOTA CERTIFICATION TO TAKE THIS COURSE. Each month the instructor will have a different tactical excercise.
